We do not accept refunds or exchanges. As products are custom made to the customers requests, we are unable to reuse the product and therefore do not accept any refund or exchanges.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel or make changes, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate to this.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
